We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Crystals are delicate treasures of nature. We use professional-grade, gallery-standard protective packaging to ensure their safety. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us at seraphiccrystal@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Our Promise: For items confirmed as damaged during transit, we will provide a Full Refund or a Free Replacement immediately. Your satisfaction and the crystal's safe arrival are our top priorities.

4. Natural Characteristics Disclaimer 💎

Please note that natural crystals and mineral specimens often have internal fractures, inclusions, or surface druzy. These are natural features formed over millions of years and are not considered defects. We provide high-definition photos and "Exactly Piece" (WYSIWYG) descriptions to ensure you know exactly which unique masterpiece you are purchasing.

5. How to Start a Return

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  • Note: For non-quality-related returns (such as "change of mind"), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
