1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Quality & Safety: During this time, each crystal undergoes a final inspection and is professionally packed using high-density foam and double-boxing to prevent damage during its international journey.

  • Notification: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your treasure is handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tiered shipping rates based on item type and order value.

Note: If your order contains both "Standard" and "Specialty" items, our system will automatically apply the most favorable combined rate (typically capped at $15 unless the $200 free threshold is met).

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, we provide a 100% Tracked Service. Please allow 48-72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Seraphic Crystal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Safe Delivery Guarantee 🛡️

We take immense pride in our protective packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and the box.

  • Our Promise: For items damaged in transit, we provide a Full Refund or a Free Replacement immediately.

6. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure a resolution is reached.
